Did a Little Deeper
Good morning. This message has been on my heart for about a week. If you have kids, most of you have probably seen the movie, The Princess and the Frog. When they went to see Mama Odie, she sang a song called, “You gotta dig a little deeper.” I can’t remember the words of the song so this is my interpretation. First, you have to dig a little deeper in your relationship with God. Before you can truly know you, you have to know the one that created you. Next, you have to dig a little deeper into your relationship with yourself. You are here for a reason. You have to believe God made you for a purpose, and he loves you. You have to love you in order for others to love and and respect you. Lastly, you have to dig a little deeper into your relationships with others. The devil comes in all shapes and sizes. The ones closest to you can mean you no good. Ask God for discernment in all your relationships, and he will guide and direct you. Have a Blessed Day!
