Put God in Your Relationships
Good Morning. For all who know me well, sometimes I have the tendency to let my emotions make decisions for me that sometimes are not in my best interest. I think we all have at some point in time. If I can be transparent for a moment. Relationships are one of my biggest struggles at times. When I say relationships, I am covering any relationship that you can have between individuals. Business wise I have chosen people who walked away from me. I have chosen friends that walked away. Of course, I have chosen men that have walked away. In each relationship, I asked myself, “What did I do to warrant this person treating me like this?” The answer was nothing. They just were not meant to help me in my purpose. I know you are thinking, “where is she going with this?” When you meet people, ask God to show you who they are to you? If they can help move you to the next level in your purpose. If they cannot, then you already know the answer, especially when they constantly take without giving. Ask him from the beginning. Do not put him in it after things have fallen apart.
