Throwing Shade
Good Morning. This term came to my mind this morning while trying to make myself get out of bed. Time change is getting me. Anyway, I learned the term from my children. Back in the day we said you’re talking about someone on sly. How times have changed. It’s amazing to me that people can always see the fault in what you’re supposedly doing or not doing, but can’t see themselves in the same light. Not passing judgement by any means but be careful what you do and say. The old folks have a saying, “If you dig one ditch, you might as well dig two because the ditch you dig for others may just be for you.” I went way back on you all. No one is perfect except the one that made us. We are all human. We all make mistakes. We are supposed to help not harm each other. We are to pick each other up when we see others are down. That’s not the case in most instances, but if one person can do it, that’s one more person God has in the up building of his kingdom. Do more. Be more. Lead by example. Have a Blessed Day!
