Narrow or Wide Path

“Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.” Mathew 7:13-14

Good Morning. This verse is so true.  If you look at the world today, there are so many opportunities or should I say temptations to do wrong.  We look at society.  They are prospering.  We know some of them are not getting the things they have by doing right.  Sometimes, we think to ourselves, “Is this worth it?”  Yes, it is.  Yes, I understand things may not be going in your favor right now.  Galatians 6:9 (NKJV) says, “And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.”  God sees.  He cares.  Destruction means the action or process of causing so much damage to something that it no longer exists or cannot be repaired. We don’t ever want to get to a point where our life is filled with nothing but destruction.  We see it all the time.  God says, “No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13 (NKJV)  That means if you get in a situation that you feel you can’t get out of, God is there.  He can get you out of anything, if you only just trust him.  Things on earth are only temporary. Romans 6:23 (NKJV) says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.”  I desire eternal life with him.  So should you.  What path will you choose?  Have a Blessed Day!
