If I Could Turn Back the Hands of Time
Good Morning. At some point in our lives, we have thought these words, if not said them out loud, “If I could turn back the hands of time, I would do things a whole lot differently.” Yes, that maybe true. Then again, you never know. Have you ever thought that if you had done things differently, you may not have learned the lessons needed in order to make it out of certain situations in your present and future. Last night I was saying those exact words to myself. I was tossing and turning last night, could not sleep because there are things that I have to face that I feel like I am unprepared for. Yes, I have learned lessons from my past. Some good and bad. Do you sometimes feel that even though you learned those lessons, it is still hard to face certain obstacles? Yes, I have people in my corner. Do I want to burden them? No. Do I have a choice? Yes. We always have choices. We just need to think long and hard about the choices we make. Also, think about the consequences that will be a result of those choices. My pride is one thing that gets in my way a lot when it comes to my decision-making. I can admit this. I am working on it. Do not worry about the past because it has already taken care of itself. Focus on your present and future. Know that you will make mistakes. God said in his word that he would never leave you nor forsake you. Remember God Loves You! Have a Blessed Day!
