What’s for You will be for You
Good Morning. I was reading 1 Samuel 1:33-53 this morning during my morning bible study. It talked about two of David’s sons. One was named Solomon and the other one Adonijah. David promised Bath-sheba that Solomon would be crowned king even though Adonijah was next in line. Adonijah tried through rebellion to take what was not his. Adonijah tried all he could, but it did not work. In the end, Solomon was crowned king.
I want to encourage you today to keep moving. Everything that God has for you is for you no matter what others do and say. You will come against people who will try to thwart God’s plans for you. It will not work. Whatever they’re trying to do behind your back will be made known. Luke 8:17 (NLT) says, “For all that is secret will eventually be brought into the open, and everything that is concealed will be brought to light and made known to all.” You do not have to worry. They may be doing things behind the scenes to harm you. God is fighting behind the scenes for you. God will prevail in the end.
Remember that God has your back. You do not need anyone, but him. Romans 12:19 (NLT) says, “Dear friends, never take revenge. Leave that to the righteous anger of God. For the Scriptures say, ‘I will take revenge; I will pay them back,’ says the LORD.” Hold tight. He’ll fight your battles. Have a Blessed Day!
