The Sun will Come Out Tomorrow
“For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime! Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.” Psalm 30:5 (NLT)
Good Morning. Anytime I’ve quoted this verse or heard it, I cannot remember ever hearing or saying the first part. I even asked a friend of mine if he has ever heard or said the first part. His answer was no. I’m just saying.
Anyway, there will be times in our lives where we may experience God’s anger. Why? There’s a saying, “When we know better, we do better.” God may have shown us what to do, and we did the opposite. He could have shown us the red flags, and we married that man/woman anyway. Just to give some examples.
There may be times in our lives where we may experience the discomfort of our actions. There will be times in our lives where others may cause the discomfort. The thing we have to remember is that if we hold on, everything will be alright. The question you may have is, “Sebrena, how long? I am tired of crying. I am tired of living paycheck to paycheck. I am tired of being sick.” I cannot answer that for you.
I do know that each day the sun rises; he gives us the opportunity to do the right thing. God gives us the opportunity to trust him even when we cannot see how we are going to make it. He gives us the opportunity to show us his love. God gives us the opportunity to show us that he is God and God alone. No one can do what he can do for us and in our lives. Have a Blessed Day!
