Moving Forward
Good Evening. Right now I’m in the process of moving. I’m moving from a house that is over 1800 square feet to a house that is maybe 1500 square feet. I know you’re thinking, “What does that have to do with the title of the blog?” Some have even asked me, “Sebrena, why are you moving from a big house to a little house?” Well, at this point in my life, I don’t need all that house, and I’m ready to live. “Sebrena, why aren’t you living?” I’m glad you asked. I’m not living because a lot of my resources go into maintaining the home in which I reside. I’m learning in my life that sometimes you have to take a step backwards in order to move forward. Does it mean you’ve failed when you have to take a step backwards? No, it just means that you are learning what is most important in your life. It also means that you don’t care what others say or think. We will endure a lot of things based off others. I don’t have to expound on that because you all know what I’m talking about. At the end of the day, it’s not about them, it’s all about you. God will guide you in each and every step you take. Sometimes, it maybe in taking a step backwards. As long as he’s guiding your steps, it’s always the right step. Keep moving forward! Have a Blessed Evening!
